Terms and Conditions
1. The terms are offered for use by members of the volvo golf club during the period 01 January 2009 to 31 December 2009.
Anticipated volume of Volvo cars in the period being 125
2. Volvo Car UK Ltd reserves the right to revise the terms at the end of the period in light of total units supplied
3. The terms shown in this agreement are over and above the terms available from the nominated supplying dealer(s)
4. The terms shown in this agreement cannot be combined with any other incentive or financial support available from
Volvo Car UK Ltd or Volvo Car Finance, unless notice to the contrary is issued to you in writing.
5. The terms apply to current models, or direct replacements, as notified to you in writing
6. Only new vehicles purchased direct from a Volvo car franchise holder within the United Kingdom qualify under this agreement
7. To be eligible for this agreement, vehicles must have a confirmed order date within the period of this agreement
8. Changes to supplying dealers, and, or, leasing companies, must be notified to Volvo corporate sales
9. The terms shown above apply to new Volvo cars operated by the first registered keeper for a period of not less than 18 months
10. Volvo Car UK Ltd reserves the right to adapt or withdraw the above support at any time in writing as a result of
changes to the marketplace, competitor activity, legal or economic circumstances.
In particlular Volvo may withdraw or replace the support detailled above where an existing model is
replaced by a new one with the same nomenclature
11. *Metallic paint includes metallic, pearlescent, and black (solid) paints. Special paint finishes
(eg. Inscription, coarse flake metallic paint) will receive the equivalent support
to standard metallic / pearlescent paint; the customer will be charged for any difference in price
12. On acquiring vehicles with the benefit of the support terms, the above mentioned company agree to
the above terms and conditions. Volvo Car UK Ltd shall have right to terminate this agreement
if any of the above terms and conditions are breached notice to the contrary is issued to you in writing.
13. The above terms are applicable only to current members of the above named organisation. Agreed proof of
membership must be provided to the dealer at point of order
